Abstract

In this article, a study was conducted on the diagnostic model of airlines so that the air traffic controller (ATCO) can control the possible risks and be aware of these risks in advance so that he can manage them. Such an approach is efficient to ensure ATC and flight safety. The risks faced by ATCOs can present a wide spectrum of hazards, including all aviation manufacturing processes.
However, control and management of risk factors improves the decision-making process and allows to prevent negative consequences in time.
