Abstract

Property rights are one of the fundamental categories of law. The concept of property rights represents the mutual logical connection of its characteristics, characteristic of all types and forms and distinguishing it from other types of rights. Although property rights are a product of long historical development, its concept as a generalized category arose after the formation of individual types and methods. The article highlights some aspects of the concept of property and property rights and provides a comparative analysis of these categories, the general and different aspects of the concepts of property and real rights as close and related concepts, including those that do not completely coincide with each other, are defined, and the conceptual basis for limiting property rights is noted.
