In a society where entrepreneurial relations are developing day by day, the regulation of commercial disputes in various forms within the framework of pre-trial proceedings is one of the important elements for developing societies. So, the more dynamic the relations developing in the society are, the disputes arising in connection with those relations can be solved using multifaceted,
multilateral and different solutions. One of these solutions is the mediation process. The fact that the mediation process is new requires its investigation, identification of the cases that will be useful for that process and their inclusion in the legislation, separate study of this area, its development and regulation of relations in society.
